Built in the spirit of ecology, a modern office building, adapted to your needs. We made sure that the building was filled with greenery, so there are gardens inside the building. The GreenWings office building provides eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions:
– optimal access to sunlight on all floors from all sides,
– use of eco-friendly finishing materials,
– zone controls for lighting, heating and cooling,
– an acceptable level of sound in offices not exceeding 35 dB,
– two-stage filtration, heating/cooling, humidification in winter – this ensures high indoor air quality at all times of the year,
– individual control by users of electricity, heating and water, including monitoring of these utilities,
– openable windows,
– facilities for cyclists – racks, lockers and showers.
